Movie “My girlfriend is agent”‘s poster
MBC had announced that they will cover the movie “My Girlfriend is Agent” (Kim Ha Neul, Kang Ji Hwan) into drama version in cooperation with Japanese company ACC, will start filming on July.
“My girlfriend is agent” original is a funny – action movie played by Kim Ha Neul and Kang Ji Hwan, it is a story about two agent fell in love with each other without knowing that they both are agents, “My girlfriend is agent” used to called “Mr and Mrs.Smith” (Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt) of Korea. The writer who will convert the movie script into drama script is the one had written “The Slave” (Chuno).
The main roles is on casting progress. They will choose between U Know (Yun Ho of DBSK) or Song Joong Ki for male leading role Han Jae Joon. And between Park Shin Hye, Yoon Eun Hye, Han Hyo Joo, Shin Se Kyung and Shin Min Ah for female leading role Kim Soo Ji.
Besides, Joo Won, Ryu Sueng Yoeng also announce that they will join this drama too.

I have a feeling that he will take the lead role but i don’t think he will join the cast coz bridal mask will still be on air in july if I am not wrong and it will hard for him to shoot for both dramas and who in right mind would take second lead role when you have already taken lead roles in previous dramas. Furthermore if they cast uknow as lead and JW as second than it doesn’t make sense at all..sorry if any uknow fans get offended but he is better singer than an actor!

I was thinking the same thing. because he’ll still be in the middle of Gaksital, which is 24 eps long. There’s no way they’ll finish filming it all by July.
Plus, why take a second lead role when you’re a main lead in another drama? Something sounds fishy here…

Yeah I don’t think the news is accurate and the drama remake news has been going on since 2010 but they haven’t been able to reach to final decision. Shin minah is doing another drama and YEH is not doing any drama soon from what I heard from her fan clubs. Btw if the news is true than isn’t it too early for Joo Won to pick another drama after Bridal Mask!! Well it would be awesome if he was offered the lead role
